TO QUALIFY: An ETSP Executive Marketing candidate is defined as C-Suite, Vice-President, Director level professionals that are seeking assistance with in their job search.

My experience in the financial insurance industry has given me a deep understanding of risk management, customer relationships, and business operations — all of which have shaped my approach to entrepreneurship.
ETSP SERVICE OFFERING HIGHLIGHTS:
- ETSP represents our Executive Marketing candidates CONFIDENTIALY in the marketplace to protect their professional reputation and ETSP candidate ownership.
- ETSP Executive Marketing process consists of 15 hours of dedicted focus at no fee charge!
- ETSP Executive Marketing work efforts include but not limited to:
A. First 4 hours consist of candidate information collecting including Resume Critque and/or Recommendations and creation of Executive Summary that with candidate approval becomes the messaging tool our ETSP team utilizes to market our Executive Marketing Candidates.
B. Hours 5 – 15 are direct marketing messages efforts to our networking and cold calling target company efforts. Our ETSP team works with full transparency and shares the company targets to insure candidate understands and supports the strategic companies targets selected on their behalf. - ETSP requires any Executive Marketing Candidates to agree to provide requested docments and ETSP Candidate Guide and to periodic scheduled phone update calls.
- ETSP does NOT require exclusivity from our candidates but we do ask all candidates to agree to a Gentleman’s Agreement“ to keep ETSP up to date on any progress or changes in their job search so ETSP will not put any additional time or resources on their representation.
- After 15 hours, if the candidate would like ETSP to continue messaging efforts on their behalf, ETSP offers to 5 hour block of time at the cost of $2,500 to extend our marketing efforts.
