QUALIFICATIONS: An ETSP Executive Marketing candidate is defined as C-Suite, Vice-President, Director level professionals that are seeking assistance with in their job search.
ETSP SERVICE OFFERING HIGHLIGHTS:
1. Introductory Free Program
A. ETSP represents our Executive Marketing candidates CONFIDENTIALY in the marketplace to protect their professional reputation and ETSP candidate ownership.
B. ETSP Executive Marketing process consists of 10 hours of dedicated focus at no fee charge!
C. ETSP Executive Marketing work efforts include but not limited to:
- First 4 hours consist of candidate information collecting including Resume Critque and/or Recommendations and creation of Executive Summary that with candidate approval becomes the messaging tool our ETSP team utilizes to market our Executive Marketing Candidates.
- Hours 5 – 10 are direct marketing messages efforts to our networking and cold calling target company efforts. Our ETSP team works with full transparency and shares the company targets to insure candidate understands and supports the strategic companies targets selected on their behalf.
Cold Calling Emails will go out to 50 Companies within desired targeted region and specialty industry.
After 10 hours, if the candidate would like ETSP to continue messaging efforts on their behalf, they can enroll into the Premium program OR ETSP offers a 5-hour block of time at the cost of $2,000 to target another 50 companies within desired targeted region and specialty industry.
D. ETSP requires any Executive Marketing Candidates to agree to provide requested docments and ETSP Candidate Guide and to periodic scheduled phone update calls.
E. ETSP does NOT require exclusivity from our candidates but we do ask all candidates to agree to a “Gentleman’s Agreement” to keep ETSP up to date on any progress or changes in their job search so ETSP will not put any additional time or resources on their representation.
II. Premium Program: $3,500
- ETSP Executive Marketing process consists of 15 hours of dedicated focus. Hours 5 – 15 are direct marketing messages efforts to our networking and cold calling target company efforts.
- Cold Calling Emails will go out to 150 Companies within desired targeted region and specialty industry. Our ETSP team works with full transparency and shares the company targets to ensure alignment.
- ETSP Creates a Personalized Confidential video message for round 2 & 3 following messaging.
- ETSP creates 2 mock interviews and feedback rounds with Candidate.
- ETSP offers 1 resume critique (feedback, edits, and industry best practices).
- ETSP offers LinkedIn coaching recommendations.
- After 15 hours, if the candidate would like ETSP to continue messaging efforts on their behalf, ETSP offers a 5-hour block of time at the cost of $2,000 to extend our marketing efforts.
- The fee charges are paid up front before messaging outreach begins.
